Please check on our compatibility page before you order, if your phone is listed please check it's compatible with the item you want to order. If your phone isn't listed then it is not compatible with our service. We test and add new handsets constantly so please check the guide for updates. |

My handset isn't listed on your compatibility guide, can I still order? |
If your handset isn't listed in our compatibility guide then it may not be compatible with our service. Handsets are added when we are confident that they are compatible with our service. If you are sure that your handset is compatible with the item you want they it may work, but please be aware that we do not give refunds for orders placed that have been sent to mobile phones not listed in our compatibility chart. |

My handset is listed but my network isn't? |
If your network is not listed then you will not be able to receive items from us. We are constantly expanding the range of networks we can deliver to so please check back soon for updates. |

How do I get items sent to my phone? |
1. Check if your handset and network are compatible with our service
2. Click on your country's flag on the website to view the items available to order and for ordering information
3.Click on the item that you want to order and have the details of the mobile phone you want the item(s) sent to (phone number, make and model, network)

I haven't received my order?
|
Orders are processed immediately and most items are received within minutes but sometimes due to network traffic items may take up to 24 hours to be received. If your order has not arrived after 24 hours then please contact us via the contact form on the website so that we can look into the problem for you. If necessary we will re-send your original order to your mobile at no extra charge. |
